Hello, and welcome to my new blog.
This is my first attempt to have a blog in English, which is not my first language. I hope whoever reads this blog will keep that in mind as I may have several writing mistakes as I go on.
Anyways, this blog will contain dogs and dog training, mainly posts about my own two dogs and their friends, but also dog training in general. I am a fan of clicker training, and I often use the clicker when I train my dogs. However, I do train without it too, using verbal language like «good boy!» to mark when they did something right!
On this blog you will not see choke chains, prong collars, shock collars or any equipment causing pain or discomfort. You will find positive training tips with videos, pictures and explaining texts on how you can teach your dog a new trick or to overcome an issue in your daily life. I find this way not only to be the best, fastest and greatest way of teaching and guiding my dogs to behave as I want them to, but also to be ethical and friendly. My dogs shall work for me because they WANT to, not because I force them to, and since they want to work for me, they do so eagerly!
If you have any questions for me, don’t be afraid to ask! I will answer as best as I can, and if you want me to write a post about something, I will definitely consider it!
This is my youngest dog, Luna Lux at nearly 7 months and me, playing with the frisbee for the first time!
